Governance built by operators, not consultants.
Astra Verdix is a MebuisWorks product, a Fassett United brand, owned by Fassett Investments, Inc. We ship the software we would want deployed against our own AI systems.
Why we built this
Every organization deploying AI at scale eventually hits the same question: when an autonomous system takes an action, can you explain — precisely, reproducibly, and after the fact — why? Most teams answer with a mix of prompt logs, spreadsheet reviews, and hope. Astra Verdix replaces all three with a structured pipeline, a proof ledger, and a replay engine.
Who builds it
MebuisWorks is led by George Fassett — U.S. Patent #6,532,481 holder, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, TCU MBA and Computer Science graduate. George bootstrapped Thumbtechs from a garage into Tarrant County's leading MSP, pioneered the flat-rate IT model, and executed a successful exit in 2017. He now leads the MebuisWorks family of technology brands from Mansfield, Texas.
The team behind Astra Verdix carries 25+ years of enterprise integration experience across CRM, ERP, identity, and infrastructure. We have shipped governance for regulated industries. We build for the auditor in the room.
What we believe
- Deterministic where you can be, judgmental where you must be. Every gate that can be rule-based, is. Judgment is reserved for the ambiguous middle, and even there it is structured and replayable.
- Tenant isolation is a schema property, not a permission. Your policy, your evidence, your ledger — never accessible to another tenant, ever.
- Verdicts must survive scrutiny. If a compliance team, an auditor, an insurer, or a regulator asks why an action was allowed or blocked, the answer is a single link to a canonical, hash-verified record.
- Vendor-agnostic by design. The judgment client, the AI gateway, and the storage layer are interfaces. We recommend what fits your risk posture — not what pays us the most.
