Astra Verdix ("Astra Verdix," "we," "our," or "us") is a product of MebuisWorks, a Fassett United brand owned by Fassett Investments, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Astra Verdix platform and related services.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- Name and email address
- Workspace / organization name
- Billing contact and payment information (for paid plans)
Tenant content
- Policies you author, proposals you submit, and evaluations produced by the engine
- Evidence packets and attachments you upload for evaluation
- Proof ledger entries produced by the platform on your behalf
Operational data
- Log data, device information, IP address, and browser type
- Feature usage patterns for product improvement and abuse prevention
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Astra Verdix platform
- To process transactions and send billing information
- To communicate about updates, security notices, and support
- To improve the product and diagnose failures
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
4. Tenant isolation
Every policy, proposal, evaluation, and ledger entry is scoped to the tenant (workspace) it belongs to. Cross-tenant reads are prevented by row-level security at the database layer. We do not use one tenant's content to train, tune, or improve behavior for another tenant.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Subprocessors — infrastructure, hosting, and AI provider(s) strictly necessary to operate the service, under contract with confidentiality and security terms.
- Legal authorities — when required by valid legal process, and only to the extent required.
- Business partners — only with your explicit consent.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard security controls including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is 100% secure; we work continuously to improve the platform's security posture.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the product is used. You can control cookies via your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.
9. Retention
We retain tenant content for as long as your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support recovery, legal, and audit requirements. Specific retention windows are set out in the applicable order form or Data Processing Agreement.
