1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Astra Verdix (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Astra Verdix is operated by MebuisWorks, a Fassett United brand owned by Fassett Investments, Inc.
2. Description of Service
Astra Verdix is an AI governance platform that evaluates proposed AI actions against tenant-authored policy through a deterministic gate pipeline, structured judgment review, and an append-only proof ledger. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. During pre-alpha, the Service is offered as-is for evaluation and pilot use.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
- You may not share your account with others outside your workspace.
4. Subscription & billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- A valid payment method is required to activate paid plans.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We may change pricing on 30 days' notice.
- Pre-alpha access may be provided without charge; terms may change at general availability.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or other tenants' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Use the Service to evade compliance obligations you are legally bound to meet
- Reverse-engineer the deterministic pipeline for the purpose of building a competing governance product
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MebuisWorks / Fassett Investments, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. "Astra Verdix," "MebuisWorks," "Fassett United," and related marks are trademarks of Fassett Investments, Inc.
7. Data ownership
You retain all rights to your tenant content — policies, proposals, evidence, and ledger entries you produce. We do not claim ownership over content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. We do not train models on your content.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Astra Verdix is a governance aid, not a substitute for your organization's own legal, compliance, or risk judgment. Verdicts, harm bands, and reason codes are informational and must be integrated into your own risk process.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MebuisWorks and Fassett Investments, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; export and retention of your tenant content is governed by the applicable order form and our retention policy.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service before they take effect.
